1. Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Opened or used items may not be eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Perishable goods, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and processed.
- If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit will be provided.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
4. Return Shipping
- Customer-Paid Returns: If you are returning an item for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A prepaid return label may be available upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Return Process
- Initiate your return by contacting our customer service at contactauraluxelife@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided label or your preferred shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Return Policy for Printable Products
At Aura Luxe Life, we partner with Printful to provide high-quality, custom-made products. Since each item is printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, we’re committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product.
Returns & Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or offer a refund.
No Returns or Exchanges – Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Please check size charts carefully before placing your order.
Lost Packages – If your order is lost in transit, and tracking shows no updates, we will work with Printful to investigate and provide a resolution.
Wrong Address – If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the order may be returned to Printful. In this case, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

- We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days.
- If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued.
